finally baked! (: baked two batches of strawberry cupcakes in the last 4 days..it doesn’t sound like much of an accomplishment, but cutting 4 cups of strawberries..is quite a feat in itself. however, i did find some satisfaction in watching the juicy little things bleed at the mercy of my hands. bliss (:

i’ve been addicted to cafe world since…sunday. i know i used to condemn facebook games for being a complete waste of time. i still think they’re a waste of time, but this one’s fun, haha.

other than that..my days have been tiring; physically, emotionally, financially..in every way, really.

i just need to make it through this weekend alive and still kicking.

no, i’m not depressed or sad or (insert whatever pathetic-state-of-being-related-adjective-here)…just…tired.

in the back of my mind, i always had a sad thought: i don’t use my Diana F+, the only reason being it was totally inconvenient to develop the film. then i thought, “i should buy the 35mm film back,” but i never got around to that and that saddened me more because i couldn’t really use all the lenses i had bought. then there was the amazingly fun flash that was sitting idle in my shelf. sad, sad, sad.

then i got my fujifilm finepix s200 exr which was good fun on its own. for one thing, it takes pictures without killing the battery *grins* i hadn’t been playing around with it much until..

so yesterday was Sura’s birthday! she’s finally twenty like the rest of us, haha. kesian, though. all we could do was take her out for dinner; Ashura, DK, Chia Yie and myself. we took her to Pines since that’s where she wanted to go. the food wasn’t so bad, really. some guy was randomly singing 마지막 인사, which we found amusing because that was the last song we heard in the car before heading up there. then after dinner, we found this gem of a place close by. Sura got something for herself and i regretted not having brought more money because..i really wanted some stuff from there. next time!

went to Patisserie to eat the cookies and brownies i made for her :D the night ended later than what my mom was happy with, haha.

how much more awesome can 2NE1 get? seriously, how much more awesome? just when i thought they were the most amazing girl group around, they go and do something that just blows me away. infinitely unbelievable.

anyway, i seem to be having a huge problem with my camera. it devours batteries insatiably and it’s so annoying. i pop in fresh batteries and after five pictures, it tells me it’s running out of battery D:

on the plus side, that means i get to bust out my old polaroid (:

i know they aren’t extremely recent pictures, but whatever, yeah? haha.

so life has been pleasing and satisfying in many ways. i’m pretty happy with the way things are and i really don’t want anything more or less than what i have right now.

perfect? ouf, not even close. i’m not one to start writing about anything deep because..i don’t really like sharing things like that in this way, but i will say one thing: whatever you choose to put us through, i really couldn’t care less because we’re much stronger and better than that. if anything, i’d like to believe that we’re invincible, but that’d be absolutely silly :P i’m humble enough to admit that i’m merely human, ok? haha.

ouf. so the second week of school will be over on saturday..and i cannot believe it’s only been two weeks! so much has been happening and i feel…unbelievably busy..and i haven’t even received any assignments..save for one that i got today, but whatever, yeah?

i really don’t know where the last ten days have gone, but they’re gone. ridiculous, really.

my classes and schedule are…good, honestly. how odd. haha, i’m sufficiently occupied everyday and don’t have any weekdays free, but that’s alright. i’m free enough throughout the week to just..chill? i can’t find a word.

my electives are…awesomely fun and challenging thus far :D

i’m starting to speak funny these days. chet. go figure.

i know, i know. it’s been a while. so hello again.

as usual, i really don’t have much to say save for i just came back from a 3 week trip to singapore..last tuesday, i believe. as per usual, shopping was completely awesome, but i won’t bore you with everything that i bought..plus, that’s not nice at all, haha.

i will, however, share pictures of some things that are amusing in my room right now (some singapore stuff may pop up, haha. my bad) since my camera was dying D:

i haven’t made my bed since…thursday, i believe. it feels absolutely amazing, haha. seriously, though.

before i left for singapore, i had 6 fish..i came back to 4 D: not only that, but it was completely disgusting because..i wasn’t there to clean it every week D:

and i couldn’t help myself with these, haha..bearbricks are just so cute :D

can you believe that they were just giving out free bottles of coke on orchard? seriously, they were just handing them out. no charge. pure awesome.

ok, ok. i’m a make up junkie. i don’t know why, but i just love make up. don’t judge me, i’m not shallow. i just really enjoy make up. really, really enjoy make up, hahaha. i sound crazy, but i really do get some joy/pleasure/amusement from make up.

one of the last things i bought in singapore..walked into some random cosmetics store and they had these really cute tweezers..so i got one, ahaha..then i accidentally left my old tweezers in singapore -_-;;

random, but i did my nails today :D

so school starts tomorrow. it’s truly amazing how i thought a 10 week holiday would pass by at a nice, leasurely pace..but here i am, wondering where the hell all those days went..i didn’t accomplish what i had wanted to, which is unfortunate. AAAHHH, i’ve got school tomorrow!! D:

wait, wait..no, i did accomplish ONE thing that i wanted…
i finally went around and got the album art for ALL of the songs on my itunes. haha, it took me about 4 days to do it and that included me living life like a normal person :D haha, it wasn’t an obsessive thing so i suppose..i could have easily done it in a little under two days if i was being completely OCD, haha.

so i should be going now, i suppose..dinner is nearing and..i want to enjoy the rest of my holiday (NUUUUU) doing…something, haha. i don’t know.

hopefully, i’ll get back to this in the near future. no, no. i will have to be back. i simply have to, haha.

and we found my brother’s shades in the car..and i found them almost comically big. please excuse my jaw; i don’t know exactly what i was doing, haha.

so i guess life has to be a little boring for something interesting to happen…right.

i just want to say thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks to DK, Sura, Ashura and Hao for probably one of the more amusing nights of my entire life. caffeine at 10PM really makes for good times and i highly recommend it to anyone (:

honestly, at first, i was in the mood to write all about my almost perfect day yesterday, but now i’m thinking that if i do that, i’ll taint that amazing memory in my head…so i won’t. i’ll do something else (:

i’ve really nothing of significant interest to say so i’m just going to talk about the more mundane (nonetheless, fun) things that i’ve been preoccupied with (:

yeah, so…lately, when i drive, the car starts making weird noises….simply because i’ve been too lazy to take out anything i’ve put in..so in the backseat, i have a snapple bottle rolling around, and some other crap in the boot. AND, i really should wash the car, too….it’s getting…..unattractive.

i love getting new songs for my itunes and ipod. it’s such good fun (: just got my hands on super junior’s new album as well as 2PM’s mini album. super junior’s new album is pretty chilled and 2PM’s is just…guh. sexy? honestly, i don’t quite know how else to describe their songs, haha. plus the fact that they’re looking totally hot nowadays….more so than before, anyway ^^

however, i must admit that i’m not extremely fond of the matching outfits. never was, never will be.

i really do feel bad that i don’t update as much as i’d like. haha, i just have nothing worth updating about. all i do is go to school then come home and…watch TV, do work and sleep. honestly, life hasn’t been as spontaneous or amusing as i’d like it to be, but i guess that’s what happens when exams are lurking at such close proximity. damn.

so i suppose i’m waiting for SUMMER before my life gets some colour and vibrance and honest smiles again.
